LCS: putting children first in everything we do

We are based in Deal, Kent. We operate:

LCS bullet three therapeutic residential children’s homes (registered with Ofsted)
LCS bullet DFE registered Brewood School for up to18 pupils aged between 11 & 18
LCS bullet 16+ services: step down to sustainable independence and continued education
(academic and/or vocational)

Each young person is supported to achieve realistic goals through our holistic approach of integrating therapeutic care and education.

Our 'step-down' 16+ support services coupled with Brewood School’s 6th form provide a platform for continued academic and vocational achievement.

Our aims and objectives:

Integrated education

LCS Ltd & Brewood School provides an integrated therapeutic care and education service for children and young people with complex individual needs, aged up to 18. Brewood School has a 6th form and we offer both academic (up to “A” level and equivelant) and vocational (eg City & Guilds Horticulture and CACHE Child Care).

Therapeutic care

LCS works in partnership with CPA (Clinical Psychology Associates) with a dedicated Clinical Psychologist assigned to work with the staff teams on a regular, ongoing basis, in supporting the young people and delivering structure and boundaries to their daily lives.
